Megan is a helper. She has helped with things for a very long time. She started helping get herself dressed when she was a few months old. But recently she has started helping even more. When I am cleaning up after snack I will brush off her shirt (I don't use a bib during snack) and she will then brush it off again when I am done. Will wasn't aware of this new skill so when he brushed off her shirt and she copied him it was a mess because he hadn't cleaned her hands yet. That is exactly what happened to me the first time she helped too and I just forgot to mention it to Will. Now we both clean her hands first so she can help.
We went to a play group today and Megan did really well. She left my lap, played near/with a couple of the kids and even tried to help a little boy with a toy. We had to leave early because Sam was ready for his nap but she did amazing. She was happy and pleasant and didn't want to leave.
